If you connect via a domain, login to the DNS server -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> DNS - Forwarders
Edit the IP address and add 8.8.8.8 which is google's public DNS.
This should resolve the issue.
A lot of trivial techie stuff... A lot of sharing... And a lot of stating complex things simple... (hopefully) :)

DNS Error / Resolving Host Error - Windows Servers
If you are seeing a "resolving host" note on the chrome browser, that means you have an issue with DNS address resolution on your network.
If you connect via a domain, login to the DNS server -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> DNS - Forwarders
Edit the IP address and add 8.8.8.8 which is google's public DNS.
This should resolve the issue.
